Ethanol from Corn vs. Cellulose

Making ethanol from corn is expensive using 77% of the output to produce. Cellulosic ethanol, is ethanol produced from cellulose instead of corn starch. The enormous volume of corn required by the ethanol industry is sending shock waves through the food system.
